The most important benefit that I've experienced from working out is mental strength and self-belief. When I first began my health and fitness journey I was focused on the physical changes that I could achieve, but over time I learned it's more about the mental shift that's occurred. No matter where you're at in your journey, experiencing this new mindset can influence all areas of your life.
