It’s easy for us to miss out on important situations or interactions in life when we’re too focused on an event that hasn’t come yet. This countdown can cause us to gloss over what’s currently happening, and even worse this countdown can trick us to thinking that everything will be better when it ends. In this episode I tell a funny story about being sacked 20+ times in a single football game and how every countdown has a lesson.
